Meal Process is a service, in which individuals with eating disorders meet in a group and bring in prepared food for consumption (previously identified by therapist and/or dietician). Meal process will occur at our facility on Mondays 7:15 PM. Meal Process will encourage participants to practice normalized eating habits in a safe, structured environment. Participants will also challenge their fears, learn natural body cues and nutrition for their body, and process thoughts, emotions, and feelings during the service. The Meal Process service will cost $45.00.
